I can step in to lead or execute key initiatives like updating handbooks and policies, building onboarding and offboarding programs, rolling out employee engagement surveys, cleaning up HR systems, designing performance frameworks, or tackling compliance projects.
We’ll scope the project together, align on goals and deliverables, and I’ll handle the heavy lifting so you can stay focused on the big picture.

Think of this like having me in your back pocket. With a monthly retainer, you get flexible access to me for HR advisory, quick questions, or light support tasks - up to an agreed number of hours each month.
Whether you want to run a tricky situation by me, get input on a policy, brainstorm next steps, or hand off a quick task, I’m here when you need an experienced partner to lean on.
We’ll set your monthly hours, talk through how you want to use them, and make sure you have the support you need, exactly when you need it.

We’ll start with a 45-minute call to unpack the situation, clarify your goals, and map out your approach. You can tell me anything, no judgment here!
Afterward, I’ll send you a written summary with key takeaways and suggested talking points or a script you can adapt for the real thing.
